10 Day Warning


The arresting officer may have already filed a DDS Form 1205 seeking to suspend your driver’s license. if you have been charged with any of the following:

• DUI Refusal.

• DUI with a blood alcohol concentration reading 0.08 or higher on the state administered test.

• DUI under 21 years of age with a blood alcohol concentration reading  0.02 or higher on the state administered test.

• DUI while operating a commercial vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration reading 0.04 or higher.

Don’t Wait


If you received a DDS 1205 "30 day driving permit" at the time of arrest, you only have 10 business days to request an administrative hearing or your license will be suspended.
